New Track: "Mind Eraser" - CRUISR

The day has been dreary, but the music doesn’t need to coincide. “Mind Eraser,” the new single from CRUISR, exuberantly addresses the necessity of moving forward and leaving an individual/situation in the rearview. The pleasant, energetic approach jumps over the emotional/mental hurdles, and dares you to get down rather than wallowing in the downs. Hit that reset button, and enjoy. New Michul Kuun Album/Video Available for Streaming & Download

Stayed Inside Today, the new album and video from Michul Kuun (a.k.a. NAH), is now available for your listening/viewing pleasure. Sit back, sip a beverage, and watch the world go by your window as the glitchy, electronic grooves take hold. Enter a weirdly wonderful, warped world where sonics come at you from a variety of unexpected angles. There’s a strange, futuristic spin as one assimilates to the unknown surroundings now being inhabited. Melding scenes of serenity and chaos, a unique atmosphere is encountered. Is the outside world being thrown off its axis, or are we?

V.V. Lightbody

V.V. Lightbody aka Vivian McConnell (Santah, Grankids) has announced her debut solo album, Bathing Peach. This album is orchestral dream pop, or nap rock as McConnell has dubbed it, and is beautiful start to finish. The album was inspired by a several month trip to Spain and you feel that tropical and Brazilian influence trough out. This will be a perfect summer listen.

Bathing Peach will be released on June 15th. Below is the album’s lead single, “Gaze”.

You can catch V.V. Lightbody at Schubas on June 8th with Rose Hotel.

Sofi Tukker lands tune on iPhone ad + releases 'Treehouse' LP

Our most faithful readers might remember NYC electro-pop duo Sofi Tukker on the cover of 2016 electronic issue of The Deli Magazine. Well, the band recently landed a sweet deal with Apple for the use of an excerpt of their song Batshit in the latest iPhone 8 ad (which is literally everywhere these days). The guys just released their debut album Treehouse and will celebrate it with a live performance at Brooklyn Steel on April 21st.
